You will never know if this place is open. You go online and order delivery pizza and they will have it delivered at 11am the... next day. Then you call to cancel your order, because they wont let you cancel from the website, you can't get anyone on thephone because they either answer and put you on hold or don't answer. Been here many times as it's super close to my home. I use the app to order and it's ready by the time I get to the store.... Friendly staff and yummy food. Edit: Lost a star. I did an order on a slow Monday evening using the app and requested aspecific time for pick-up based on when my family would be home from their activities. I received a notification more than 30minutes beforehand that my order was already in the oven, then another notification 7 minutes later that it was ready forpick-up. What's the point of letting me request a specific time if it's going to be ignored? When I brought my concern up withthe people working the counter, I received absolutely NO response. Crickets. Zero. My pizza was almost 45 minutes old before myfamily was ready to consume it. Based on this, I will be patronizing other food venues far more frequently than this Papa John'slocation. Read more

No matter how many times I call I keep getting placed on hold, it makes no sense that someone can try to call 6 times and be... placed on hold for 10 minutes at a time before they hang up on you. 60+ minutes on hold for pizza is trash.
