Our pizza last night was outstanding. The crust was great, and crispy. The only thing "amiss" was it was cut crooked, LOL, but... that was great, too. Some were bigger than others and I got to have the big slice since I only eat one. We have always gottengood pizza at this local store in Lake Forest, CA, and this was no exception. Worst Service Experience Ever I'm sure that the cashier that took my order (Wes?) was stoned out of his mind, he never bothered... to get up from his chair (or couldn't); Wasn't able to clearly form a sentence, and got our order wrong three times! The secondtime I even verified my order with him that it was the right one, nope. The third time I demanded a refund and we were out ofthere! A full starving-hour of my life I'll never get back, and not a one of them (manager (Kyle) included) ever said so muchas "sorry". Read more
Pizza was just so-so. You have really cut back on the cheese and other toppings. I ordered a large Supreme. Nothing extra. With... delivery and tip and all added costs it was over $34.00. It wasn?t really as good as a frozen supermarket pizza. Reallydisappointing. My parents and uncle (deceased) were early Pizza Hut franchise investors, later sold to Pepsi/Yum/Yum China.We?ve always been loyal to Pizza Hut and I order periodically to see how the quality is holding up. Pizza hut is not as good as it used to, even when they have good deals the service and the food itself is not always... satisfactory. They don't have plates or condiments anymore they charge for them if you ask, I only order when deals are verygood. This location used to be pack now it look like this and not wondering the toppings on the pizzas are really poor. Read more
Best damn pizza in the world. You just need to be cool with them and let them know what you wanna order.
Super dry?barely any cheese. Spent $45 and regret it. The quality is just keeps getting down. We will not return
