Worst customer service ever! The woman that helped me tried to overcharge me for a side and argued with me in a line full of... people over the price. The kids sides are .75 and she wanted to charge me for 3 full price kids meals. I had to walk out withoutordering the rest of my family?s meals. Been getting take-out here for a few weeks. Tonight we ordered Carnitas tacos and I believe ?Matthew? was initially helping us.... Nice guy, positive attitude and a good employee. As Matthew was making our carnitas tacos, a co-worker walked up (heavier maleHispanic) and took over for Matthew. The co-worker seemed angry and is clearly in the wrong line of work. To make things worse,he forgot to put the carnitas (pork) on two of our tacos. That said, the tacos (the ones w/meat) were delicious, as usual. Read more

Very strange experience. Note on door stating "Online Orders Only". Only saw 2 employees inside. Not sure if I could go inside.... Covid related? Employees out sick? (Later noticed numerous employees.) Not sure what to do, then a man came out, I asked ifpeople could enter to pick up orders. Turns out he was just using the restroom. I entered and placed my order to go online as itdidn't look like you could eat there as I was the only customer. There were numerous employees there and not one spoke to me. Sostrange. Later another lady came in confused, no one spoke to her either and we commented how strange this was. Then a guy camein and sat at a table and was filling out a time sheet. I asked what was happening, were people allowed to eat inside and why noone spoke to us. Then I saw a couple reading the sign and started to leave, so I waved them to come inside. Turns out their cashregister was out of order. They made no effort to interact with customers, even after I mentioned it. Any other Chipotle I'vebeen to has a line. I'm only writing this in hope the the owner will see this and retrain his employees to beprofessional. Tried to make contact using their robotic format but was disconnected. I guess too wordy. This is easily one of the best Chipotle locations in the area. Not only do they keep the line moving, they regularly restock,... give proper portions, but they also keep the location spotless. Regardless the time of day the staff is on point and friendly,even when the customers aren't. I recently had Chipotle in Irvine and it was so terrible that I had to come to this location toget a redemption burrito bowl! Read more

We are currently doing Whole 30 and Chipotle is the only restaurant that we have found in South Orange County that has a Whole... 30 approved meal. It?s carnitas with Romain lettuce, Pico de Gallo, and guacamole, with fajita vegetables. It was pretty darnedgood too!
