The bowl I got was delicious but the service was pretty bad. I walked in, smiled, and said hi to the cashier and she just stared... at me. I looked at the menu to choose what I wanted and she proceeded to turn around and work on something without saying aword. I waited until she was finished to order. I myself have a RBF but I try my best to at least say hi to all my customers asthey walk in. Like dang girl, at least say hi back. Read more
Terrible service. Took quite a while to even order our food and it wasn't crowded. Then after we order it takes another 10... minutes to get our order, and they also forgot to make one of our smoothies. Would not recommend this location if you expect toget your order in a decent time. Read more
Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to teach their employees. Also having two people working there when there was... quite a few orders and making people wait 35 minutes for two drinks is a little absurd.After going to surrounding stores aroundthere and getting lunch to come back to find out the drinks weren?t ready we were told they?re just told They?re busy busy Noapology or anything. I would think before lunchtime and during lunch time you might want to hire or have another person work. My açaí peanut butter bowl didn?t come with any açaí, and because she made four bowls at one time and only added one scoop... of peanut butter it was a waste of money. Just the girl working on Sunday May 30 at 5 pm, had the worst attitude treatedcustomers terrible. Read more
Food is amazing. Getting the order right??? NOT so much. Very annoying when you're very excited to get your bowl or whatever and... its wrong. No matter if you order via phone, app, door dash or what have you, it always turns out wrong. Then there's the app...there are so many things wrong with that, I don't know where to start. I wished someone would start a new smoothie/ bowl / buz.The owners have taken a backseat to so much, its a bummer. Read more
Love this place! Love the menu! But the service is way to slow. Used the app to place my order estimated time was 30 minutes,... and that was fine. I got there and still had to wait another 15 minutes for my order! Then realized my order was made wrong, andthe ginger shots had nothing but ginger. No lemon or cayenne just a cup of juiced ginger! 20 mins for 2 smoothies and both were completely incorrect. I called the store to let them know but they won't pick up the... phone. I had strep throat and all I wanted was a smoothie. My husband returned to the store to see the girl working there onher cell phone ignoring the phone ringing. Horrible service and a waste of $20. Read more
