Rip off since they moved to smaller portions. Tried to convince me it was actually more. Beef doesn?t taste the same, rubbery,... poorly coated/seasoned. No crispy rice noodles that they used to top this with. Not even worth the money. Fix your supply issuesand bring back the normal portions! Read more

Just picked up the honey chicken and house special chicken, both with white rice. Tastes great as always but they?re now putting... the rice and the chicken together in the same container (plate) in an obvious attempt to hide reduced portions of chicken. Imight understand if the prices were lowered to match the portion change. Shame on you Pick up Stix. Goodbye forever. Read more
I love PICK UP STIXS. But when it comes to customer service... HORRIBLE at this location. Ordered the most simplest kid's meal..... Orange Chicken and white rice. And everything gets thrown together in a small container. Didn't order a bowl. And anyone thathas kids KNOWS how they can be picky. Reordered a lunch plate, didn't want the restaurant to take a loss. Paid for both orders!And the mgr still had an attitude? With no kids present! Not a kid friendly restaurant. Maybe a pick and up and goooo!Absolutely no welcoming feeling in there. I like this restaurant and servers from Dining earlier, so I will give them a bit of a pass. The food that was delivered to me... was in pretty bad shape. The sauce of my coconut chicken was transferred into my bag and I had to jump through hoops to respillback into my plate. Two issues, the container was a bad one for take out. Second the driver handled it pretty badly. A bonusthird, plastic bag was too flimsy and shapeless. So I think the company should address this because it will take a long time fora vaccine to arrive. Have been coming here since I was a kid. Always ordered the house special chicken and they didn't disappoint with that today! I... ordered two entrees of HSC and asked them to place the chicken in one and rice in the other because I noticed their "new cheaperplastic" to go containers. Sad they're using single use plastic now. I also ordered chow mein and I am appalled by what theygave me as chow mein. That's why I'm only giving 3 stars. The noodles were over cooked, covered in a sweet sauce, and there wasabsolutely no vegetables. Since when is chow mein just noddles in a sweet sauce? Will not be ordering that again! Read more
