Love the food and typically the service is great. There?s a Hispanic girl who is personable and efficient. Last two times an... older Persian lady has been there. She doesn?t come to counter immediately, I saw her on Facebook sitting in a customer table.She looks bored and mumbled something. Last night she was eating Cup of Noodles not even Flame Broiler food and again on herphone sitting in a customer?s table. She had Persian music BLASTING on her phone you couldn?t hear the TV over the Farsi singer.Again no hello, thank you, nothing. She hates her job and customers and the food ITS OBVIOUS. I just spent 14 dollars on a bowl of gross meat, over cooked rice, and two pieces of broccoli oh and a regular drink. Never... again. Also, the old lady that took my order was very rude and rushed me. Read more
Today while waiting for my to go order at the parking lot, the older lady cashier was eating in front using her hands. I... reminded her that before she holds the orders she should wash her hands. Unfortunately the female manager was very rude to me for no reason. I was polite with her gave my order, and paid for the order... and she was still very rude. I had enough and just wanted my money back and left. Shame i was really looking forward to my foodfrom this place. Read more
Read the reviews! Many reviews note insects, human hair, and maggots in their food. If I could rate a zero star , I would. ... The cashier, young male, got our order wrong, and when my husband asked to have our orders replaced, the rude young maleactually yelled at us. I ordered a chicken bowl while driving to what I thought was the closest flame broiler. When I got there I learned my order went... to a different flame broiler far from my house. I was mad, but after picking up my order and eating it my frown turned upsidedown ???? All white meat chicken is worth it, very quality food, and love the veggies on the side (minus the cabbage). Do not get the plate, same size as the Bowl. Absolute rip off. Gives you less rice and beef but packs it with cabbage. Horrible... portion size for more money. Read more
