I love the idea of Firehouse Subs donating to first responders. The sandwiches are great - far better quality meats and bread... than Subway or Jersey Mikes. That being said - the service and attitude of those minimum wage workers is horrible. This is thesecond time we got our order home and there were no pickles. That really ticked me off. I called the store to ask if pickleswere supposed to come with the sandwiches, or if you had to ask for them. I was told by the boy with the attitude "well, ya,they're supposed to come with them." I told him we didn't get ours - and this was the second time this has happed. His excusewas, well it could happen if we were getting ready to close. It was 7:15!!! The shop is supposed to be open till 9 pm. I willhave to find a different location - I'm just done with this one. Read more

Aside from the whole ?Torro? situation in the spelling of this store location, it was a delight to eat here. Somehow they were... the fastest Firehouse subs I?ve ever been to, and I?ve been to like probably over 8 different locations across the country. Ourservers were also nice, which is unusual at any restaurant in California. Read more
Charming little sandwich shop and the cheese brisket sandwich was good. The staff was quick to make the sandwich and it was well... presented. Though I wish they would pack more meat in it as I felt like it was a more bread to meat ratio. I'll come again totry another sandwich next time around. Read more
Hard for me to give 5 stars, first time too!. I got the Italian and my father got the firehouse sub, I ate half and he ate half... and we switched. I would go with the Italian delicious. The sauce they have sweet and spicy sauce just smacks. Coming from asandwich enthusiasts I give is a nein out of nein. Read more
had the 2 piece size & it settled nicely. didn't feel like i ate a brick like some sub places. it was so delicious; the bbq... sauce was perfect... saved the mac and cheese for later; also delicious reheated! I will definitely visit again... soon Read more
On a recent visit, I had one of their most popular sandwiches, "Hook and Ladder", small size and had made it a combo (chips and... drink). Enjoyed the taste of the sandwich and also had their Cherry Limeade as my drink, which was also quite good. Not verybusy for a mid afternoon Saturday. Service was fast and attentive. Read more
