We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in Hawaii (Kauai & Maui)! After gourmet meals at the two islands? leading... restaurants, we took a diversion one night and went to Jersey Mikes for subs. They were absolutely fabulous made perfectly. Terrible service... had to wait 25 min with only 1 person ahead of me before even getting asked for my order by the... workers... And then never got the opportunity to ask for vegetables on my sandwich! One thing is for sure and that's that I'mnever going back! Read more
Waited for a bit to get my sandwich. Ordered whole wheat bread. Was waiting for them to make my sandwich so I could customize... it, They made it without me seeing and got my sandwich on white bread. Did not want to wait so ate it anyway. Would have beennice to have spices and on whole wheat. Read more
Everyone at the Lahaina location is SO friendly and helpful. My family eats at Jersey Mike?s at least once a week and we are... always 100% satisfied! We recently placed a giant order for 85 sandwiches; there wasn?t a single mistake and the staff evencame in early to prepare, and also called me several times to ensure the sandwiches were made how I wanted. I highly recommendthis store for large company/school orders! The staff takes great care of their customers and their store (bathroom is alwaysclean!) We are always greeted and served with aloha. My dad got me hooked on Jersey Mike's. So it was only a matter of time before I got to check out the new Lahaina location. As... for first impressions the store is definitely very nice. There were two people working behind the counter and only one customerin front of me. They were fast, friendly and helpful with getting my order in and out fast. Currently my favorite is the #10.Definitely looking forward to my next visit. Read more
Jersey mikes is great. Good service at the lahaina store and quality subs. The girls they have working there now are really... good. Sandwiches look nice and full. #9 mikes way, mayo, pepper relish, pickles and banana peppers is the way to go! It's a bitmore than the competitors but, the quality and taste is far beyond the others.
