Food is appetising and fresh. The coconut shrimps were delicious. Service wasn’t good, they paid no attention to what we said.... We had to ask for everything 2/3 time. And it wasn’t super crowded or anything. If you inform about an occasion in the frontdesk they don’t communicate it inside, so they basically ruin any surprise ??????? Read more
Awesome restaurant right on the ocean with the best sunset view I have seen. Amazing food and drinks. We got the Lobster Topped... Mahi Mahi and it was incredible. Really fun cocktails. I recommend the “Island Itch” i think its called. It can be hard toget a reservation that is at sunset. I lucked out and got a table at about 5:45 - perfect for sunset. If I knew I would havemade reservations days ahead. Parking can be tough too but this place is a MUST GO. Read more
Kimo's. Is. Love. Kimo's. Is. Life. Holy cow, this is my first experience dining out in Maui and my goodness gracious it was... incredible. I wish I would have asked the server how to spell her name, but Raquel went above and beyond for a group and wasjust so kind and great at what she did. She really made us feel like we were her only table even though the place was packed. Ihad the vegan ravioli and I tell you what, I've never eaten so good in my life! Alongside it I got a lava flow and I trulycouldn't believe how lucky I was for how delicious the meal and drinks were as well as the view that we had. Kimo's is in thecutest little town and I highly recommend going when you have the opportunity to walk around when things are really bustling.There were so many places we couldn't go because they were closed but we got lucky enough to visit a few... BEST TACOS IVE EVER HAD! Such a romantic beautiful place with the most gorgeous view of the ocean. They give great portions and... the quality of food is 10/10! The staff was so nice and accommodating. It’s worth the hype and the price for sure! Read more
Nice meal. Sat at the bar. Small place ocean front. Parking is nearby. Easy walk. Need a reservation (like everywhere). Had... kimos style fish. Very good. Also ordered the fish and chips. Amazing views!! but decent food. I tried their highly recommended fish tacos, and.. it was okay, but not the best in my life. ... Also the pricing did not help; there were only two tacos for $23, which I thought was a bit too much. Chips were meh, don’tyou think you need at least three tacos if the plate is priced at $23? The fish tacos are exceptional, maybe the best I've had. Paired with a draft craft beer IPA made it even better. The Kimo's... Baked fish with rice and macaroni salad was also excellent. And to top it off the Hula Pie was super yummy too. The hostess whoseated us and our server were friendly and professional. Truly a 5 star experience. Read more
We actually came here as a backup. Since it was fall break for school kids the place we intended to go was closed. We were so... glad we came here! There was a long wait, maybe about an hour or so. We were able to get drinks at the bar and sit at a largebench ( 4 of us) once seats were available at the bar, we sat and got more drinks and appetizers. Thee was live music and wasvery good so made the time pass pretty quick. Before we knew it out table was ready. They took great care of us and got ourorder quickly since we already had drinks.
