Very rude to us.. Again! We were here in 2021 and the workers at this McDonald?s were very rude and act put out to be at... work. This time around (2022) we decided to give it another try just to be disappointed again by the staffs poor attitude. Weordered an iced coffee and were given a regular HOT coffee. I pointed it out to the worker who gave us our food and first shetried to tell me that she did put ice in it even though it was still piping hot.. she then went back and was loudly complainingabout me to her coworkers while she made an iced coffee that she almost spilled when she slid it towards me and walked awaywithout saying anything. The employees at This place have a terrible attitude and I honestly feel bad for anyone who has to dealwith them including other coworkers. Read more
Rude! Up early to get breakfast to take to watch sunrise. Really bad attitude but wasn't letting that kill my joy. Got... breakfast and a sunrise in Lahaina. Will everyone else watched subrise and enjoyed their breakfast but me no untensils, nonapkins I got to take mine back to the room later and put it in the microwave. Still got to see a beautiful sunrise in spite ofbad attitude and service. Read more

Probably the worst customer service I?ve ever seen in a long time!!. The food is still okay but the service is like you?re being... punished for placing an order.. the lady working the drive thur and front needs to be fired asap!. My whole time in Maui notonce did I encounter any problems at any other establishment besides here just poor service. Read more

Clean and relatively up to date, this Mickey D's is nothing special. While the parking lot is small there is usually abundant... spaces if you want to venture inside. They have the fancy automatic order device so you can avoid the human contact so manyfind uncomfortable. The menu is typical. Somewhat higher prices than the mainland, but hey... I don't think they have Spam onthe menu once you leave Hawaii. Get here early if that's your desire. Spam is on the breakfast platter. What else can I say?Oh, air conditioning and rest rooms with soap. What else could you ask as for during your Lahaina adventure? Why not 5-stars? It's McDonald's. You can and should do better.
