Such an overpriced place! 20$ for 3 tacos (cash only and no receipt!!) Tacos were served without any sides, no cheeses, no... toppings, no cilantro(except fish tacos). Tacos were ok, I didn?t enjoy them! Again, 5-6$ per each street taco, it is a ripoff!Will not recommend this place. Read more
I really wanted to like this place. Cash only. No problem. They tried to jip me when they handed change back to me for my order... and looked at me weird when I pointed it out. Didn?t even apologize. Just handed the correct change back to me. Like, I did thecrime because I know math?! The other guy who was on the grill looked weirdly at the cashier who took my order and tried tosteal from me. Count your cash when they give you change back. I was trying to tip them and that?s how I noticed that I wasshort changed. Well definitely not coming back here. Shrimp tacos were small but not bad. Shrimp tacos, steak quesadilla, pastor tacos were all great! The service was a little bit on the slow side but not too bad.... Reason for the 4 instead of 5 was that the portions were just a hair too small. Lots of good variety on their menu though andthe seating area was really nice! Read more
We heard about this place online. Decided to drop by on our way to front street. We got the 2 taco combo which came with rice... and beans. My girlfriend got the fish quesadilla. I selected the cow's tongue and shredded beef tacos. Both were so favorful intexture. All the side items were located on next to the truck. The fish quesadilla was so basic. It was nothing special. The shrimp tacos were amazing! I liked the salsa. .. but their customer service wasn't great or good. For a small group spending... $60+ you should be a little more enthusiastic ????. If you like tacos I would recommend, but the chips eehhh! Oh and it's CASH???? ONLY! Read more
Love getting tacos and burritos here, usually fish and shrimp. Burritos are big! Beans and rice are seasoned well. Food is... great and all the salsa choices are nice. Always a lot of chickens hanging out here. Read more
My fiance and I spent the morning in Lahaina taking care of some business after which we walk around Front Street. We started... getting hungry around 10:30 am and most restaurants weren't open until 11:00 am. Anyway, we killed some time at some shops onFront Street and waited the half hour before walking to Ono Tacos. This Mexican Food Truck is nestled in the end of a parkinglot in a commercial shopping strip mall. The truck has an covering over picnic tables with lights suspended above them. Theemployees were friendly and likeable. We got the pulled beef tacos, Asna burrito and chips/salsa. The meal was enjoyed whiletaking in the cool ocean breeze in the shade with plenty of chickens strutting around. If you are in the Lahaina area shoppingon Front Street, take the time to go to Ono Tacos Lahaina Maui. You'll love the food and won't regret it. Read more
