Delicious! So much flavor and perfect texture! My wife and I got the Old World Pizza with pepperoni. It went well with a couple... of Maui beers and a side Ceasar salad. The staff are great, really chill crew. There's neat outdoor seating (you cannot drinkalcoholic beverages outside). It's a good vibe. We paid about $25 a person with a good tip. Was here yesterday for a late lunch. Serpico pizza and mozzarella salad hit the spot. Blonde Bikini lager perfect pairing.... Friendly folks and good service. Just be aware there is no bathroom. Nearest one is a public one at the waterfront. Read more
Full disclosure, if you are from the Mainland, the prices will be a little shocking at first (I paid over $60 for 2 pizzas).... Let's just say that at home, I buy 28 inch "giant" pizzas that feed about 10-20 people depending on the number of adults vschildren. I was visiting Maui with my 4 kids and so I called ahead of time to ask how many people the 16 inch pizza feeds andexplained that it was for my 4 children and I. I was told that it feeds 3-4 people. So, I ended up ordering 2 pizzas. I will saythat the pizza sizes were a generous 16 inches and they were delicious!!! I have never had pizza like that and will say that itwas well worth the price. We ordered a Windmills and a Veggie Special. I will say that the Veggie Special was everyone'sfavorite (including my 2 children who had asked for the Windmills). The general concensus was that the Windmills was a little onthe dry side, which just kind of comes with the territory of the toppings it has. The Veggie Special, on the other hand...WOW!!! I have never had a veggie pizza that tasted quite like that. It was bursting with flavor. The crusts on both of them werefantastic. They were the perfect combination of moist and soft encased in a lightly crunchy exterior. We had just startedserving up the pizza when I thought to take photos. The 1/2 pizza is the Windmills pizza. My slogan for them is: "Prison foodnever tasted so good!" ???????? We will definitely be making this one of our regular stops during our trips to Maui. Read more
Needed a quick bite to eat before a boat ride, and Prison Street Pizza was the perfect option for us! Being from the East Coast... originally, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the pizza! It was very affordable, quick, and delicious. Andthe staff was super friendly and nice -- they even gave us some fresh mango from their property for a free dessert! Thank you. Read more
Disappointing pizza, ordered a pepperoni slice to go and got 3 pieces of pepperoni on my slice :( for $4 I expected a little... better than that. I wish I took a picture of that sad looking pizza?. totally forgot. Save yourself a trip and disappointmentand try another spot instead. Friendly staff but really salty pizza. Sauce was almost missing like what other reviewers said,thought I?d give it a shot with all the high reviews but definitely didn?t have a good experience. The crust at the end wasstale and so hard I threw it out without taking a bite there. Don?t recommend it here. Go try something else!
