Got food poisoning, the place is one big mess.
Fast service. Tasty food. Consistent flavors and offering. And agaujy, great value for money.
Employees are rude and have no customer service. We had come from the book store and asked if it was okay to eat inside. They... said yes but no lounging. We had no intent on staying there beside eating they made assumption based on us not having reusablebags from our previously bought items. While eating staff rudely told us mask were needed? we were still sitting down eating,only customers in the store and they were on back on their phones. They made us feel like we were a burden and a bother. Don?trecommend if you want quality customer service. Read more
This is a fairly good place to stop at along the way while heading out for some sightseeing. Grab yourself a quick and... reasonable priced lunch. Of course you're getting a chain restaurant Subway sandwich, so don't confuse it with gourmet food byany stretch. That said if you like Subway restaurants this is a good place to stop at, with decent service and fairly reasonableprices for Maui. Read more
Excellent quality, consistency and friendly workers. I eat at Subway almost everyday because I am a single retired senior male... that does not like to cook or prepare food at home. So, I eat at Subway daily. May dog also like to take a bite out of mysandwich. Read more
I got to this subway around 445 pm. Kathy was very rude! No one was in the dining area except for me and a worker either getting... off of work or waiting to clock in. I ordered a foot long turkey bacon then ordered a six inch. I asked if the Kathy could cutthe six inch the old way, instead of clearly saying I don't know how to, she looked at me with an attitude and said we don't dothat. Then looked back and forth at Cindy (manager) who was at the cash register and Bonita who was between Cindy and herself asif I asked to receive my food for free. She the said something I couldn't hear. Thats when Cindy tells me no one knows how todo that. In the heat of the moment I gave attitude back and said "Are you serious?" I tell her I'll just have the foot long.From that point I did not try to be polite as I did not receive the same gesture after requesting a different cut. I want tomake it clear I did not go out of my way to be rude or yell at them I just treated them as I was treated. When it was time topay the register was running slow. Thankfully Cindy let me sit down and enjoy my sandwich and cookie with my son before havingto pay and while waiting for the register. We ate our food and went to pay. I could've easily walked out with out payingbecause Bonita and Cindy forgot about it. But I paid my bill as the sandwich was delicious and my son definitely liked thecookie. All in all, I am disappointed with the service here. And will not be back because of that. Read more
My sandwich was good and seemed fresh enough. Better than Taco Bell. Lady that served me was nice and friendly. Did not forget... to give me my receipt either. Read more
