I waited 25 minutes to get my order which was a Big Mac meal. I had over 10 orders that were picked up after my order. Then I... found out that my order had been tagged with an order that was picked up just before mine. I received no apology just had myfries replaced. I have been to other McDonald's and I would have to say that I have been to many others that have been more busyand have recieved better service. I am sad that that there isn't a way that I could give no stars or either negative stars. Read more
I ordered a coffee to go on the kiosk no food on this visit. The inside of the restaurant was clean and service was quick.
Not sure why they have the electric outlets locked. I asked the staff if there was a reason why the outlets are locked and they... said "we have no idea and it's been like that for a long time." McCafe with no electric outlets. ???????????????????? Serviceis great 5 star but no outlets. Would be great place for me to do work but ill go to starbucks instead. :) Read more
Usually this place is good, but this morning I got a Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit and when I opened the wrapping, there was a... huge, long black hair across the biscuit and stuck in the melted cheese. Let?s just say, morning ruined a little. Read more
Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott on North shore, so this McDonald's was next door. All the usual combos plus a few extra combos... you don't see in the states. Staff was courteous and friendly. Another thing I don't see in the states. Read more
Lobby is always closed. Covid restrictions are over. Only one of the two drivethru lanes open and no icecream products. If you... ask for fresh fries it?s like they re- dunked in the oil from the cold ones as they are burnt and crispy. SLOW service. Line ofcars wraps down the street. This used to be a good running place. Open the lobby up so the drive thru line goes down not rocketscience. Read more

This is potentially the worst McDonald?s on earth lol? I know I know, how is that possible?!! Well it?s painfully slow and they... despite ordering food no longer provide complimentary water. Used to be a quarter, then 50 cents. Fair enough, I get it. Nowit?s $1.19 for water! Mind you not a bottle of water, just water. It?s 25 cents in Hawaii Kai and Kahala. Spare me Laie, yourcosts are not so outrageous that you can justify that price gouge. Duly noted, won?t suffer thru the painfully slow drive inever again.
