Never go to Starbucks they don?t know how to do the drinks in laie I would recommend get it at town
Severely understaffed and disorganized. Hopefully more staff could help out in the future! We waited ~ 25 min for two lattes... with very few people in line and watched as they used regular milk instead of soy and we are lactose intolerant? the lattes werealso just horrible. Hope that staff can receive more support and better training because they looked like they needed the help. Read more
Staying here for a week on a work trip. Great breakfast sandwich, and fresh fruit bowls, perfect every time. Live music some... evenings is wonderful, and staff has been very friendly and helpful. Kudos. Real Aloha spirit! Read more

The employee told me we're not a Starbucks.. They do use Starbucks coffee though. thats about it.. Don't expect to get your... favorite Starbucks coffee drinks and taste the same. You also cannot use a Starbucks gift card. Read more
I like everything about this place. I'm staying here for 3 weeks and thus far it's all been delicious. Servers are well mannered... and as pleasant as can be. The dining area is spacious and afterwards you can relax on one of there many couches and enjoy liveHawaiian music. Read more
