We stopped in here for no other reason than because it was on the way to where we were going and we like BBQ. Luckily for us... this ended up being a pretty good and very affordable meal. Everybody was happy with the food, even the kids (who are usuallyvery picky about things). A few little details stop this from being a 5-star experience: The one waitress/hostess/cashier ladyon duty was running around with other tables and take-out orders, so some of the waits were a bit longer. The baked beans seemedlike they were just out of a can and the coleslaw had an unexpectedly large amount of black pepper in it that we found hard toeat. Food was fantastic, service was fast and very friendly. I had the pulled pork BBQ fries and made a meal out of them. Portions... are very generous. My fiance had the ribs and chicken combo and she said it was delicious. I would assume the people leaving lowreviews simply don't enjoy the kind of BBQ served here (thicker, sweeter sauce). We ate Indoors as the weather was cold out, but the inside was a disappointment compared to how good the outside looked. The... food itself was ok, the service was nice. The menu didn't have that many options and the portions were normal. Read more
BBQ is very good here. I have tried all the other BBQ places near this one and they are by far the best. A bit pricey but so is... everything right now. My favorite here are the baked beans and ribs. The brownies are amazing, just like I make them at home.Everyone who works there has been very nice anytime I have gone. Wish they were open during winter for the people who live herefull time (me and my family) . Highly suggest going here before going to any of the other local BBQ places. None compare. Read more
Took advice from the internet and made the trip out to this spot - totally worth it! The ribs were fall off the bone tender, and... the brisket fries were awesome. Cornbread was more like corn cake but also excellent. My dining guest had the roast chicken andis picky about BBQ...even he said he'd be back. And if you leave room there's also ice cream! Read more
5 Stars doesn't mean Perfect, it means a place delivers on everything we need & we will be back soon! Service from both our... waitress to the many others zipping around, they were very close and faster than had we walked in line and picked out our food!Being out first time, she covered all the basics quickly and was even entertaining our 3 yr old , who is very very social rightnow, she easily could have brushed her off while taking orders she didn't. She engaged, and we will always be back where ourfamily is wanted! We ordered pretty much everything, and that includes the "Table Side S'mores"!! Which were an absolute knockout of the park for desert. Nice service and the chicken strips and fries i got for my son were great. Do not buy the anything with pulled pork me and my... wife both got different pulled pork items mine was the pulled pork melt absolutely disgusting the cheese was like a nacho cheeseand the pork was unseasoned with little sauce the whole thing tasted bitter. My wife got the pulled pork sandwich with coleslawwhat we got was a bun and a tupperware with pulled pork no coleslaw and she had to make the sandwich herself same result verybitter and unsatisfying.
