Roadhouse has some great pizza and I was quite surprised to find them closed at 5:30 p.m. on a Friday night

Best pizza place in the mountains. In my opinion. Place had the best thin crust I have ever had. worth the time it takes to make... and worth every penny. Read more

I live in running springs and decided to drive to Lake Arrowhead for pizza per my kids request. We walked into a completely... empty restaurant. We wanted to dine in. We ordered one cheese pizza for us to share. We were told that it would take roughly 1/2hour for our order to be ready. I wasn't excited about the prices either. I'm not cheap but 18.00 for a medium cheese pizza ison the high end but I figured it must be worth it. Shortly after we sat down about three separate parties walked in, placedtheir orders. I saw one of these parties get served their drinks followed by salads and finally two large pizzas. It was at thattime I decided to look at the time stamp on our receipt. It had been 52 minutes since we'd placed our order. I walked up to thecounter and asked if our order was ready and none of the staff could find our ticket. I asked them if the order has not yet beenstarted then I would like a refund. They scrambled around and low and behold our pizza had been sitting in a box, to go, for whoknows how long. They handed me the cold pizza and said here you go. I think they could have at least offered to heat it up andserve us at our table like the other dine in customers. My kids and I were over it and decided to drive home with our cold pizzaso we could warm it up. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I would like to note that the staff was very friendlyand professional. I think there is poor management at play. I will not be returning here ever again. Recap: Over priced andhardly worth the wait. Pizza is among the best on the mountain- the dining room is an accidental time capsule from 40 years ago (it was a Kentucky... Fried Chicken that lost its franchise after about one year, and then the building was used as a storage area until the pizzaplace opened up recently) Read more

Such great pizza!! We were super surprised by the sourdough pizza crust, it was super thick and fluffy, but crisp on the... outside! The Roadhouse and BBQ chicken were sooooo good. Highly recommend you support this business! Read more

The pizza and the wings were tasty. The place was super busy. Looks like a staff shortage. Though the order was delayed, it was... worth a try. It is very close to Lake Gregory regional park. Read more

Great toppings and sauces, the pizza itself was a bit too doughy. Otherwise a solid pizza.
