Ordered and ate there. Pasta was over cooked, bland and somehow got to our table cold. Ordered 1 Detroit style pizza, which was... good, but Had to wait an hour. Also was told it would be brought out, which it wasn?t and had to to ask for it. Not sure howlong it was sitting there for. I got the chicken bacon ranch deep dish and it was amazing! I also got the stuffed jalapeños and they were probably good if I... could have eaten them. They were EXTREMELY spicy. I ate one and my lips didn't stop burning for 10 minutes. It actually made mestart hiccupping uncontrollably. I love jalapeño poppers and thought these would be similar, but definitely not. But they stillget 5 stars for the pizza. They did have a little spicy warning next to the appetizer, so I can't fault them for that. Read more

This is a one-of-a-kind experience in Lake County being this is the only location around and we are fortunate to have this lone... location up here. Easily makes my top 5 favorite among pizza in Lake County and I don't get out here nearly as much as I shouldbeing I'm a pizza connoisseur and a foodie. The staff are always super friendly, food is always fresh & tasty with reasonableprices and venue is always kept clean despite no dine-in during these dark days. This is the second time that we have received burnt food from here, and the angry blond woman at the counter was very rude.... Telling me that I shouldn't order from here any more. Horrible customer service. I had asked at ordering to make sure that it isnot burnt, and she tried to tell me to eat around the burn. I am in customer service myself and would NEVER treat my customerslike this. She even refused to refund for the ruined food. Update: there was a gentleman there that finally offered to remakethem, and this time came out perfect, meanwhile the blond chick was giving me the sink eye the entire time. She should be fired.
