we love the cafe and coffee however we have run into one employee a few times now who seems to always be in a bad mood and today... oct 18 we had him again and same thing just has bad attitude and makes a feel like we are an inconvenience for him. we gave 3stars due to the fact the coffee and the rest of the staff are super. Excellent coffee and outstanding service! I was shocked that there was no way to tip the servers when paying with a credit card.... The two young women at the counter were working extremely hard and had great attitudes. Unfortunately, many people were payingwith a credit card. The machine they used does not allow you to add a tip if you?re paying with a credit card. It?s a shame thatthe owners do not value the staff enough to update their credit card terminal to allow them to be compensated for theiroutstanding service. Read more
This is my favorite coffee shop in the US. I?ve been coming to Hansa for almost a decade and couldn?t recommend it more. The... coffee is fantastic, the baristas are always friendly, and their homemade syrups taste super fresh and natural, never likechemicals unlike many other coffee shops. I?ve been to places all over trying to find a nearby replacement but nothing reallystacks up. I live an hour from here and still come by frequently! Ordered an almond milk latte and gluten free biscotti. The foam on my latte was fantastic, not usually the case for almond milk.... The espresso was full-bodied and rich, but smooth. The lemon poppy seed biscotti crumbled nicely and was very tasty, muchappreciated little snack to accompany my latte. The service was quick and friendly, and the interior was fun with a decentamount of tables and cute bathrooms. Older kids hanging out and being a little loud, but I appreciate having these types ofplaces around for youth to enjoy. Read more
It's the quaint little coffee shop that every town wished they had! Coffee was not outragously expensive, and they offered fun... foam creations with their lattes. The staff was very kind and respectful and we're happy to see us when we would come in! Read more
