My complaint with Meatheads is that they use 'Postmates by Uber' as their online ordering service. My order was for pick-up. I... found Postmates prices are higher than stated at the restaurant. Therefore, the more food you order, the higher the hiddenservice fee is and EXTRA tax you will pay. Postmates should show the restaurant price, tax, and then service fee. Usually really good, but just noticed that their fries appear to be all the shorter edge cuts. Are those rejects from long fry... restaurants? Lol Read more
I had a disappointing drive through experience for now the second time. One of my larger items was not given to us despite... paying for it. We live 20 minutes away and I have young kids, so we were not able to drive back once we were home and hadchecked the bag. I then called to rectify the issue, and had an equally awful customer service experience/handling of thesituation over the phone. Terribly unprofessional. They also gave us an extra patty that looked like a bite was taken out. Idon?t believe it was, but certainly not a good look on top of an overall poor experience. Read more

I had the triple half pound Burger and the Cajun fries, My wife had the chopped salad, Cajun cheese fries and a chocolate... shake. The fries were good, very flavourful. The Burger was average at best! The chopped salad was fresh, but nothingextraordinary! Definitely not as good as Steak and Shake. Read more

Staff was friendly, prices were good, food was pretty good. As a parent, I liked how they had little shelf with children's books... on hand if needed. The coke machines were also the fun create your own mix kind. The only thing odd was that they didnt ask howI wanted the burger cooked. My husband saw this place and we knew we just had to try it but boy were we disappointed all the way around. Not only was Ruth... the cashier extremely rude she couldn't even manage to get our order correct. We were missing a chicken sandwich and the burgerthat I got was wrong. We ordered three junior meals and somehow ended up with two junior meals and a double patty expensiveburger for my son. There was so much ketchup and mustard on my children's burgers that the buns were inedible. After thisterrible experience my husband called the manager and we thought that everything was sorted out but it wasn't. The manageroffered us a credit for the two sandwiches that were wrong and nothing else. My husband then went the next day to get hissandwich and to use the credit but when he got there the employees couldn't figure out where the credit was or how to do it andthen when they did eventually figure it out there was only a credit for the chicken sandwich we were missing instead of thethings that were wrong in the order. So it really wasn't a credit anyway it was just getting the sandwich that we already paidfor. Overall we will never eat at this establishment again and we will tell everyone to don't waste your time or money. Read more
