UPDATE: They?re still awful. Why do I have to wait over a half hour for a salad?!?? Pool staff is wonderful? my issues are with... the long wait times and inability to follow strict dietary requirements, which is incredibly important. This restaurant is notup to Four Seasons? standards, even for a ?pool bar? establishment. My dietary restrictions were not followed and I ended upleaving the restaurant without eating. No one really liked their meal. I ate around the pool several times, and food was oftenlate (taking 1 hour for french fries is unacceptable) or made incorrectly. I will say the Cobb salad is great! Our waitress was loudly complaining about other customers with the hostess WHILE WE WERE BEING SEATED! At one point the hostess... said "oh I thought you were complaining about these people because they have a kid"!!! Right in front of us? Has to be the mostunprofessional and rude behavior I've ever experienced at a restaurant, and at the four seasons it's trulyunacceptable. Needless to say the service was bad. Waitress disappeared after taking our order and only reemerged to drop thecheck on the table. I had to stop another random employee just to get a straw. The places is awesome. I absolutely love it. The staff is the greatest with not only very friendly service but personalized... attention. They go all out for you. The food perfection extremely fresh and tasty. The drinks are wonderful and desserts,desserts omg. Get the fresh made gelato. The P in the name should stand for Perfection because this is it or as close as you canget to it. I definitely would recommend PB&G to anyone to try at least once, you'll find yourself going back over and over. Read more
After a day at the spa my wife and I decided to enjoy the nice weather with lunch at PB&G. Clearly one of our better decisions... in quite some time. The staff was abundantly friendly, attentive and helpful. Even though we took a little too long going overthe menu, our server was patient and supportive. Everything we ordered was five star and delicious. I would definitely recommenda visit when the outside temperatures are just right. Read more
I love this restaurant. The location and staff are awesome! The perfect setting for a quiet getaway with friends or family and a... great lunch. What I like: The service is exemplary, the ambience and setting are great. Food: rating for each in parenthesesChicken wings(3) they were over cooked and lacked flavor; soft baked pretzels(5), peanut butter and jelly for the grandkids(5),the Chirashi Bowl(5), rotisserie chicken (3) it really underwhelmed for flavor , the snapper (5), Tacos al Pastor(3-4) theylacked spice but everything was very fresh. This place is awesome. They had a wonderful cool breeze coming across and the fans of top were keeping us nice and cool. it... overlooks a nice little lake and they have a kids menu and on the traditional menu they also have food for vegetarians andvegans. The cost was not overwhelming. Has a vegan I definitely recommend the veggie burger. It is a house made black beanburger and it was very good. Read more
Great place to grab some lunch after a spa /pool morning. Waiter was very friendly and had good recommendations. We were in a... hurry for another appointment and the waiter and kitchen was very understanding and brought out our food very quickly. Theveggie burger and the tiki drink were great! Read more
