I visited the place on Friday night, I ordered a hot Caramel Macciatto and after taking it, I began to feel bad with chills,... nausea, stomach pain, which made me go to the hospital emergency room, which turned out to be severe poisoning by somethingcontaminated in the drink. It has been an experience and sad since it is one of my favorite places to visit. ???????? Read more

Sent to the emergency room because of this Starbucks. I ordered oat milk, they were out and decided not to tell me and give me... soy instead. I am highly allergic to soy milk, had to go the emergency room twice because of flare ups, had to miss work and hada big medical bill! Have tried to contact many people on this dealing with putting in a claim but no one is getting back to me!Staff has been extremely unhelpful and the guy emailing me has been extremely rude. This has been going on since early August,it?s been months now. I?ve called several times. Do not go here, go to one of Disney Spring?s better coffee shop options. Thestaff has absolutely no clue what they are doing and do not take allergies seriously, have had many problems at this location. Can?t believe Disney allows this to happen on their property. My mother even ordered a plain hot coffee here with a splash ofmilk, and the girl served her a cold coffee with hot steamed milk ? When my mom said that wasn?t her order the girl said theyran out of hot coffee and figured it would do, horrible service. Read more

Good Starbucks location in Disney Springs. Yes, of course it's crowded and busy(!) But if you want a Starbucks fix, this is... where you can go. Never had an issue with our drinks from this location. It is not the only Starbucks in Disney Springs. Read more

I used to be a regular Starbucks customer at Disney Springs, and I stopped going to this branch for more than 2 years because I... moved to another city. Then, I passed by this branch after two years, and I had in mind the idea that nobody would remember meor my special Cappucino order. When I was at the cashier I saw Rachel the wonderful employee so I introduced myself, and when Iwas telling her about my order she remembered me and some details about my order, and I was so happy. Then, I went outside andtook a seat when an employee called kate came up to me with my order calling my name so cheerfully she was so happy to see meand said that when they were giving her the instructions for my order she replied you guys don't have to tell me anything aboutWaseem?s order I know it very well, and I will be the one who will go to hand it to him. So, I believe if each Starbucks branchhas an employee like kate, Starbucks will never suffer from a bad customer service. It will be the number one company worldwidewith no comparison or any other competitive. Read more

The line is always long. They?re always out of everything. But the last straw for me was today. After being told that the store... was out of green tea, peach juice, and strawberry purée, I decided to order an ice water with freeze-dried strawberries. Iexpected to pay extra for the strawberries, like I do when I add them to other drinks. However, I was surprised to find that thedrink was $4.58. When I asked why water with a scoop of dried fruit would be almost $5, I was informed that I was being chargedfor a regular drink because the store had been losing profit by letting customers add fruit to their water. How can you providebad service, have extremely limited inventory, and still try to rob your customers? I?m used to Starbucks being overpriced, especially in Disney Springs, but this was ridiculous. We bought cappucinos drinks. Long wait (15-20), but fine whatever. Leave and start drinking them and 1 didn't have any coffee in... it. Went back in and the barista says, "The shot didn't pull. That happens sometimes." They remake my drink and it took 30minutes!!! Worst service ever. 50 minutes to get my drink total. That's insanity. Read more

The flagship Starbucks store of Disney Springs. Nice decor and seating inside and outdoors. Everyone is super friendly and... considerate, even when it gets busy and crowded. I have a lot of respect for these baristas! Definitely my go-to spot forcoffee and pleasant lakeside seating to kill time, get some work done or chat with friends. Read more

This Starbucks is located deep inside Disney Springs near the World Of Disney store. There is generally a long line here... And... a huge crowd waiting for their drink orders to be made. The baristas seem to have their act together though, and they get thedrinks out in a timely manner. There are some benches nearby to sit and sip. No real seating though. Make sure you look at themenu boards! They always have some unique timely drink options you won't find anywhere else! I haven't tried any of the fooditems from this spot (too many other great options in Disney Springs)... But they have the usual Starbucks fair. Be aware thereis another Starbucks in Disney Springs near the AMC theater. Read more
