Placed a mobile order was told to pull up and it took 15-20 minutes for me to get my food. I ended up having to walk inside. I... was told oh we had to fry you some fresh nuggets. Baby it takes 4 minutes to fry nuggets. I work in the food industry. Theyweren't busy. The parking lot was completely empty and there were only 2 vehicles in front of me which I waited an additional 10minutes for my food after they got theirs. I've ventured out to this location on two occasions recently to get food for my wife. On both visits I waited at least ten... minutes after placing my order despite only one or two people ahead of me. I also witnessed a guy who ordered after me cut tothe front of the line and claim food that was meant for the car in front of me making those folks wait even longer.
