Placed a mobile order was told to pull up and it took 15-20 minutes for me to get my food. I ended up having to walk inside. I... was told oh we had to fry you some fresh nuggets. Baby it takes 4 minutes to fry nuggets. I work in the food industry. Theyweren't busy. The parking lot was completely empty and there were only 2 vehicles in front of me which I waited an additional 10minutes for my food after they got theirs. As soon as I walked up I noticed dirty windows, very dirty counter top, floors not swept or mopped, it's 4 employees in there... with NO CUSTOMERS, why not clean up, they just stand around! Place is DISGUSTING Read more
Decided to try the cheesy melt sandwich a Cheesy melt sandwich that only had one slice of cheese I ordered two of them and... neither one of them had more than one slice of cheese didn't look anything like the picture why are you calling it a Cheesy meltif you only have one slice of cheese? Got it to go. Whoppers were not made as we orderd, onion rings were over cooked in old grease and the buns were hard and wet... tasting. Tossed it all in the trash. Will never go back Read more
My husband ordered at the drive thru. 1- Whopper no cheese by itself, 1- Whopper with cheese no tomato combo meal large with... onion rings and large sprite, and 2- plain and dry cheeseburgers. He got home and we were given the wrong food. He received aDouble Bacon Cheeseburger with jalapeños and all the set up including tomatoes with so much mustard and peppers on it he didn'teven eat two bites of it and the onion rings were so hard they just crumbled to pieces and looked like they had been reheated inthe grease to get them hot. He was asked to pull forward and waited a good 20 minutes for the order to be brought out tohim. This is not the first bad experience that we have had there. We tried to give it another chance since the last time wevisited there they lost our order and came out to our car and asked us what we got, but two out of two times both being awfulexperiences we doubt we'll go back. This is the worst BK I have ever been too. I paid for my food at the drive through, then proceed to wait for 40 min while... everyone behind me (+10) recieved their orders. The whole time 3 employees asked me 5 times about what I ordered. How do theynot know or lose an order? It's on the computer screen in the kitchen! 40 minutes! I finally received my food finally and wenthome.Thats when I see they still gave me the wrong order. $12 and the only thing they get right is the drink, heck, they didnteven give me my reciept. That whole store needs to be shutdown and retrained on how to do their jobs. Really, I wouldnt evenworry about retraining. Just clean house and find better workers. Read more

I've ventured out to this location on two occasions recently to get food for my wife. On both visits I waited at least ten... minutes after placing my order despite only one or two people ahead of me. I also witnessed a guy who ordered after me cut tothe front of the line and claim food that was meant for the car in front of me making those folks wait even longer.
