9/22/22 9:35pm Two employees sitting outside and one's on the drivethru mic mumbling about how they can "only accept cash and... can't do drinks because the drink machine is down." Well jfc I mean how are these burger kings even still in business?? Can'torder from this one and if you go to the one on 14 they'll serve you no joke burnt-to-black burgers. I think we're truly donetrying with Burger King I mean jfc how hard is it to get a BK together? Sounds like this one needs new management too! Read more
The other day me and my husband placed an online order through our app. When we got there we let them know we were here to get... the order. Two customers came in after me and my husband place their orders and got their food and the employees were just forstanding there standing around we ordered two Whoppers and one large onion ring. They had onion rings dropped and we could seethat and there was already two Whoppers made sitting up on their shelf. From the time we ordered our food on the app and we gotthere it took us over 30 minutes to get our food the young one of the young employees was very very rude yes we got our foodeventually but the point that customers were coming in after us ordering their food especially through the app prior to usactually coming in. and receiving it was just beyond me. Stopped for lunch. Drive thru could only take cash. Great got that! Truck dies at the intercom. Ugh. We push it back to get out... of everyone's way but they was hating anyway. Could only get it so far and had already ordered food had to go inside and pay.Told manager about vehicle and they let us wait inside 106 degrees outside. Because customers had to go around our truck theycomplained. Manager had one of her employees go out and help us push the truck and he did I am very grateful to him and herthank you. Read more
Ordered a plain whopper with bacon. Got home and it was fully dressed, French fries were cold as well. Tried calling but the... number just rang for over 4 minutes (gave call log for proof.) I don't even know if the manager even bothers to read thesemessages. If you do the crew on 3/3/21 around 3:45pm was extremely unqualified to make a simple whopper! Read more
This Burger King location is doing a great job. When I first moved here 20 years ago it was kind of bad, so I stopped getting... food from this location. A few weeks ago I decided to give it a try again and was really surprised at how good the food was. Theemployees seem to be happy as well, so they are polite and that makes everything better. I have ordered food from here 3 timesat night and once in the morning, over the last three weeks. If you haven't eaten from here recently I suggest giving them atry. Read more
Pros: They got the drive-thru order right. Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE to include: Whoppers were cold, buns stale. The fries were... OLD & COLD - think they'd likely been sitting there since lunchtime ...that day old... THEY WERE OUT OF: LETTUCE, MAYO &ONION RINGS Drive-thru attendant was very rude... I understand that working in the fast food industry can be frustrating, butto treat a customer (THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN LINE AT THE TIME) like they've inconvenienced you by placing a dinner order for 2 isboth unprofessional & unacceptable. I don't know who manages this location but the leadership here is non-existent. Do betterBK! Note: ***Not a Karen...*** I placed the order for pick up in advance. Arrived to pick up my order 5 mins later... Whopper& fries were both cold... Entire transaction and meal SUCKED! Avoid this location at all possible costs! Read more
