Quite disappointed. Because this is a major chain I have expectations that this one completely missed on. We chose this on a... road trip because of the play place for kids to run their energy off. This play place was closed and has been changed to atraining center. They had a wall of seating taken up but temporary walls. There was very little space to line up and it was incomplete disarray. The staff were seemingly poorly trained. A hallmark is to hear ?my pleasure? in response to thanks. Nothere. Except for the manager. Obligatory 3 stars, but this was the worst Chick Fil A. We got the alert our food was ready and then, 10 minutes later, actually... got our food. I?ve been to busier Chick Fil As with lest staff and gotten quicker service. The staff, as always, weredelightful. Overall, took forever. Avoid during the 2pm hour. Read more
