Caleb was our waiter. He provided EXCEPTIONAL service. Food was good and came out quickly. No complaints.

Ordered a salad and got a bed of lettuce mostly white parts 4 slices of avocado with spots on it. I ordered the salad with... cucumbers and tomatoes but got none. I will never order from the Chilles in Lake Charles Louisiana!!! Read more

Wow, the worst Chili's I've visited. Went for dinner, waited at entry while being passed by staff without so much as a simple... "hello" .. not busy. Poor service w attitude once seated & food orders overcooked. Called spoke w Mgr about our visit.. she waspolite & apologetic sending us a $20 gift card basically to give them another try.. On our "another try" visit we went forlunch.. waited again while staff were uninterested in noticing us, again.. NOT BUSY (Now, I know why). Finally seated, floorswere dirty with food & trash around the area we were seated.. bar. Food was better this time however, the service was poor.. myfiancée had to get us silverware, straws & napkins as our server dropped our food & couldn't be bothered by providing ussilverware to eat it with.. I can't say in honesty this was a better visit, bc it simply wasn't. There are so many choices whenit comes to dining out.. my advice is to choose another restaurant in Lake Charles, LA bc this Chili's will leave you disgusted& disappointed ???? & who needs that! Chili's, this restaurant is a waste of resources. Fix the issues or close it.. Read more

One of worst experiences of food service in my life. First of all, our waiter was extremely nice and attentive. Our food took... forever to be prepared then when it's received my order was wrong. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta but received the shrimppasta which was cold. I clarified this twice with the waitress before placing the order. Then my boyfriend ordered the startertriple platter which came with 2 sliders, boneless chicken wings, and the southwest egg rolls. Now this baffled me because Ijust couldn't wrap my head around the fact that the sliders were burnt and cold at the same time. Now I've been to Chili's manytimes in Texas and 2 of the best things on their menu is the Cajun pasta and the triple platter which in my opinion seems kindof hard to mess up. Secondly, the management staff is use less because after speaking with her my boyfriends order was remade,it took about another 25 minutes to be brought out and it was still cold and burnt. I recommend this location for anyone. The best experience I?ve ever had at a restaurant yet. There?s one specific worker I?d... like to mention, and that?s Kevin. His customer hospitality is A1 steak sauce, dude definitely deserves a raise. I will becoming back soon and the food was hot and fresh. My family and I were satisfied. Went to Chili's in Lake Charles, La on May 5, 2022 at 5:34 pm with my sister and our sons. Was seated and waited on by Colleen,... that took our appetizer order, drink order and out kids order. My sister and myself was still looking at the menu, Colleen leftand proceeded to fix drinks behind the bar. We had to flag her down behind the bar to come and even take our order 20 minuteslater. She came and finally took our order and I asked for my drink that I never received once again, when I initially orderedit when we arrived. Once the appetizer arrived the eggs rolls was cold, which I overlooked. Our sons food finally came out after30 minutes, which my son had mac and cheese and fries, the Mac and cheese was dried out and had something black on it. Colleennever came back to our table the rest of the time we were there, she proceeded to ignore our table and the table behind us. Shestayed behind the bar entertaining coworkers that I assumed to be off the clock. After a hour of waiting we still didn'treceive any service at our table nor our food. My sister had to flag down Caleb who was another waiter standing at the barconversating with Colleen behind the bar who was supposed to be waiting on our table in the first place for a refill on herdrink. Caleb asked with an attitude like my sister was bothering him what kind of drink she had, came and threw the drink on thetable. We asked for the manager, who showed up 10 minutes later, his name is Jeremy, to tell him about the situation, he didn'tapologize for anything, but proceeded to bring our checks. I ended up not even wanting my food, which never arrived in the firstplace. We asked for the corporate number, but instead he gave us an employee relations number. We had to call that number toget the real cooperate number. As being apart of the service industry for 15 years and management for 8 years, this wascompletely unacceptable.
