The smoke on the meats, we had them all was so good. The meat was moist and some was a little dry for my mom. But the over all... favor of the dinner I would surely recommend. The mac and cheese and the baked beens and potatoe salad was very good and yourecieved a lot on the plate to please that pallet. Oh and thanks Dan for that sample brisket, the sauce WOW good.
