We ordered a pizza and some wings, and tried to order a sandwich. They called us to let us know they were out of sandwich bread.... Which is fine, but we told them we were on our way to get our order, and when we arrived they told us it wouldn't be ready foranother 45 minutes, even though the "estimated time" was well past. They could've gave us a courtesy call to let us know thatthey were super busy so we didn't drive all the way there from Westlake only to be disappointed. Also, we asked if they couldbend the rules a bit in spite of this unfortunate situation and deliver to us in Westlake, which is only about 8 minutes awayfrom our house, but again we were met with more disappointment. Ordered a Supreme for 19.99 and it had very little on it other than cheese, could get a 4.00 frozen pizza with more on it and... taste better. Read more
This is Extra Bacon with barely any an that's Souppose to be pasta primavera guess there recipe isn't like it says on the menu... this is twice. On its way I hope to improving. Read more
Slightly disappointed with pickup order today. Waaaaay past the estimated ready time, but it WAS dinnertime. And... Chicken... wings... Unusually microscopic/tiny. Taste of everything was good, tho. Maybe it was just a bad night. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches and drink. Was ready and went to drive up window. No one noticed in store. Waited 5 minutes. Beeped horn.... Finally seen someone walking around but never came to window. So I left. Not first time had issues with this store. Will neverorder from this dominos again. Read more
I initially have 2, but then I remembered there is this sweet girl that works there and had the most beautiful hands I've ever... seen like a baby doll.. but my reason for a low rating, is that this is my 4th complaint. Just a few days ago, I only orderedthe lava cake for my daughter.. it was ROCK HARD!! I tried calling and keep getting the busy signal so we decided to call thenext day.. I don't have a vehicle but I live 2 minutes down the road ..I was told that it was not there problem because it wasthe day after ???? last night, I ordered my husband a sandwich for work, of course opened it today, these are the pictures...
