I just dealt with the rudest bar manager I have ever met in my life. I spent over $1,000 at the pool yesterday, $250 last... weekend at Ice Bar before dinner st Vic and Anthony?s and this nasty woman wouldn?t even give me 2 cent cup to put a drink inthat I had. I poured a drink from the pool that I purchased in a styrofoam cup so the ice wouldn?t melt and security would notallow me to carry it into the casino. It was a free promotion for their bar while I walked through the casino and gambled! Theabsolute worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Won?t be going back there ever again. Read more
