Worst place I ever ate. Took my parents to eat they couldn't get my dads steak right, my pasta noodles were crunchy they... couldn't give me another one because they were out of alfredo and if I had to order anything else it was gonna be a long wait. Ispoke to manager was told they would take it off my ticket but not even an apology. Read more
Bartender was doing best she could. Had no support from manager. Bartender was working a party for 50 ppl not sure why. Steak... was ultra rare ordered med rare. No flavor got shrimp with it also no flavor. Honestly I'll be lucky if I don't end upthrowing up the rest of the night. Would not recommend management needs to wake up and look around there buisness. Party of 8. Called ahead to check wait time. Told no wait. We get there and wait 15 min for table. Restaurant was not clean...... floors, chairs, & table all felt icky. Food was horrible... My steak was like rubber and I could barely cut into it. Service wasnot the best.... The waitress stood at one end of the table and made us pass everything down. When you have a table of 8, youshould walk around and serve each person. I will NOT be returning to dine here again. Read more
Clean, nice place to stop and grab a bite to eat. Nice environment. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.... Clean bathrooms and handicap accessible parking. Quick service, kind waitress who stayed on top of everything. Stopped here forlunch while passing through and will be back again. Highly recommend. Read more
I expected better then this from here. This is what our order looked like when we got it. Containers were upside down. There... was rice in the bag (we did not even order rice) and the chicken looks like it was dropped and picked back up. I tried callingthe restaurant 5 times to talk to the manager and was hung up twice and no answer the other three times. Then I called thenumber on the receipt and the person said they would email the manager my concerns. Read more
The seating person was obviously new and did not know the seating arrangement. More training necessary. The waiter Matthew was... absolutely wonderful, but the food was lacking to say the least. Sweet potato was undercooked. New York strip was tough andunder cooked. However, Matthew was wonderful through it all. Read more
