I've been here 7years and my order has NEVER BEEN CORRECT EVER always missing something or fries are super cold. All the... employees have attitudes. People were walking out. I sat in parking space #2 for 15minutes waiting on my order today. And had toget more fries because they were cold by the time I got the rest of my order. newish store, good access, eat inside or in your car. FREE WIFI. but its FILTERED. BUT the prices are too high for a low-wage... worker. I don't know if they have a good DOLLAR MENU, for poor people. note: MEAL SIZES are never large ENOUGH, at McDonald's.so, that's bad. Read more
Ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra fudge first they tried to say I didn?t order it and asked for my receipt then the first... chick put a cup under it because it was messy, she said, ? I put a cup under it because it was messy ? then I told her I didn?twant it so she went back in and came Out with another one with fudge just at the top of the cup, and said ? the manager told meto get your receipt from you? then I said I?ll go in and handle the situation. So then I went and and the manager acted like shedidn?t want to give me what I asked for then finally proceeded to fix it right. Also the fudge wasn?t hot. I just went through, the only thing I ordered was a cheese burger with ketchup happy meal. I specifically asked for cheese and... ketchup only. The person taking the order said they couldn?t find the cheese button and for some reason listed no ketchup onthe receipt after I repeated my order several times. I get the burger and it has mustard, onions, and pickles (literallyeverything except what I ordered). I go through the drive through a second time to ask them to please remake my order, and thenice gentleman said they?d do it right away. The next happy meal I got had the bottom completely soaked in water and this timethey gave me chicken nuggets. I left because I didn?t want to go through a third time just for them to somehow find a way tomess it up again. The staff here is absolutely incompetent. They really just ruined fast food for me, I?m probably not going togo to this store or any other McDonald?s again at the risk of dealing with people this bad at following simple instructionsagain.
