I placed my ordered prior to opening. I was surprised my order was prepared earlier than promised. I?ve ordered plenty of... pastries from Panera before but this was my first breakfast sandwich. Waiting for them to bring back options on the app to order for curbside or get to go orders in drive through. I can't walk well... with medical issues and I usually order ahead in between places and now suddenly no curbside or drive through app orders. Read more

My fiance came to visit and was starting to feel sick and hadn't eaten anything all morning. He said he wanted something light.... Like soup or something to see if that would help settle his stomach. So what better place to get a delicious soup but PaneraBread located on Nelson Road lake Charles La near Lauberge Hotel and Casino and Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino. I ordered aChicken Noodle Soup bowl for him and for me myself I ordered the Turkey Panini and a cup of Vegetable Soup and a StrawberryBanana Smoothie. Everything was absolutely delicious. I had visited Panera Bread a few times before purchasing pastries, andcookies for the holidays. I've always had a Great experience, and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. My onlycomplaint sometimes is the drive thru service. It's always really slow at theo window, but in all fairness the wait isdefinitely worth it. Read more

The sandwich was great, the dining room wasn't too clean. The manager walked through and didn't pick trash off the floor that I... saw him look at. Many of the tables had crumbs on them the entire time we were there and it wasn't too busy. A worker camethrough and picked up drinks and plates but didn't wipe tables off. Read more
