Absolutely trash! Called on the phone to order a delivery. The man on the phone said it?s be about an hour. About 2 hours later... we called and had to be transferred to our store. The food had not been even picked up by any delivery driver. To make it worsethe pizza was completely wrong. I will never be ordering from here again. Read more
The Papa John's here at Lake Charles is a good location that does a solid job of preparing good delicious pizza and offering... good customer service and with a good and solid speed. While it is rare I myself will enjoy Papa John's pizza as I cook my own,the four times I enjoyed this locations' services they did a fantastic job that was not only quality but also fresh and fast. Two hard working men on a blustery night. Two awesome attitudes! The pizza smelled awesome and was a hot fresh DD delivery. The... pizza came up just as i walked in so the guy in the back handed it right to me. They were both friendly and helpful. I canhardly believe that people are still welcoming--especially in this weather! We later went to Dominoes and idc what kind ofspecials and coupons they toss your way, they need each of them bc when it comes to quality and service, they could NEVER!!! Read more
Ordered pizza took almost 2 hours, cold and the whole bottom is burnt, tried to eat it and was nasty, felt I was eating old... chewed up gum just gross. I love papa John's, they did refund my money but super disappointed Read more
I went to Papa John's to pick up an order made via the online ordering tool 11/6/20 at 6:32PM. The order had a normal wait time... for a Friday night (27-34 minutes). I went into the store after the tracker said that the order was ready for pick up and wassurprised to say the least. There were about 12 customers in the lobby waiting for completed orders. Papa John's has acontactless delivery feature where once you sign for your order they'll bring it to you outside and this wasn't happening. Theyhad me sign my receipt then went to get my order and said it'd take 10-15 minutes to finish. They told every other person inthe lobby the same. The manager asked everyone to go outside for social distancing and states they'd bring orders out topeople. They didn't do this though. The only way they'd give an order was if you asked the front desk workers to recheck. Eventually when the lobby cleared out I went back inside. They gave me my order at 7:11PM (which had been on the ready rackfrom when I signed the receipt at the register). It took 39 minutes to get what was ready when I got there. I've been to a fewPapa John's and never have had an experience like that. It could be working the kinks out since everyone is just getting theirfeet on the ground from the storms, but I'd avoid the wait and lack of social distancing precautions for now if you're wantingpizza during busy hours. The food itself from the order was fine. The breadsticks they kind of dumped the garlic butter sauceinto the box and it wasn't on the breadsticks. It?s been 2 hours and still haven?t received my order. I called they said door dash picked the order up at 6:30 and here it is... 7:30 and still nothing. Highly advise not ordering delivery after reading the other reviews. Read more
