My Sister took me there for my Birthday Dinner. First time I've ever eaten at a Salt Grass. The food Was FANTASTIC !!! Very... clean. Our Waitress " Kennedy" was probably the best waitress I've had in a very long time. I would give her 10 stars if theyhad it. The fried mushrooms were really good. I had the steak and shrimp. Worst experience ever! Ordered food at 9 and order was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. It was 10:25pm before it was... brought out. Get to my room and it is cold. Before I left restaurant had to repeatedly ask for appropriate condiments andutensils. Customer service was terrible. And the price you pay to get cold food definitely not worth it. Manager definitelyneeds to speak to staff about time management and order precision. This is not how you get repeat customers or word of mouthfree advertisement. Be better. Read more

Took 1 hour to receive our meal. It wasn’t because restaurant was busy. We ordered grilled salmon, grilled shrimp, grilled... chicken and two kids meals. I firmly believe our waitress forgot to enter our meal into the computer. Two tables near usarrived around 30 minutes after we did, ordered steaks, and received their food before us. Waitress kept saying “food is onits’ way” as she served food to yet another table. Mashed potatoes were cold, broccoli was way under cooked, salmon was dry,etc… Too many issues :( Read more

The food at this Saltgrass was below others I have visited. The ribs were dry, but the barbecue sauce was very good. The salmon... was so-so. Overall the food was rather mediocre. The service was decent but being very crowded there is always a rather longwait. The wait staff were nice and friendly. They were all so attentive when they had the time. Not a bad place for a meal butprices are high in the casino. Definitely would not consider it fine dining. Read more

I am happy to say, Salt Grass made good on my bad review. We went back last night and the food was much better. However, the... salad still had too much of the lettuce vein and the croutons were a little too salty. Maybe eating out in general is just notfor us anymore. Foods seem to be too salty. Being seniors we have to watch our sodium intake. Thank you Luis and your managerlast night was very polite. Chicken fried steak was very stringy, mash potatoes looked gray, my potatoe soup was cold and saladlooked as if it came out of a bag. Lots of old lettuce veins. Horrible. Read more
