Staff is always friendly. The drive thru takes a little bit to get up to the window though if there's a fee cars in line. I... enjoy using the app and the free size upgrade on fridays! Read more
I am allergic to tree nuts and I told the person at the window, I requested a hulk with no butter pecan ice cream and they 100%... put it in there, I had a severe allergic reaction and called and spoke to the manager, she told me on my next visit I could havea complementary smoothie. So about 1 month later I went back and the guy at the window told me I HAD TO HAVE THE MANAGERS NAMEwhich I was never told when I spoke to the manager. (Lake Charles). Poor Customer service. I placed an order online but because the lobby was closed, I was made to wait in line at... the drive through. I confirmed that my order was ready to be picked up but was REPEATEDLY told I have to wait in line. I wasnot allowed to walk up to the window to grab it. However, the attitude of the person at the window disappointed me the most. Ireceived no apology, no smile, no thank you, no nothing.
