Staff is always friendly. The drive thru takes a little bit to get up to the window though if there's a fee cars in line. I... enjoy using the app and the free size upgrade on fridays! Read more

I am allergic to tree nuts and I told the person at the window, I requested a hulk with no butter pecan ice cream and they 100%... put it in there, I had a severe allergic reaction and called and spoke to the manager, she told me on my next visit I could havea complementary smoothie. So about 1 month later I went back and the guy at the window told me I HAD TO HAVE THE MANAGERS NAMEwhich I was never told when I spoke to the manager. So I left empty handed and the whole company of smoothies has lost mybusiness indefinitely. Read more

(Lake Charles). Poor Customer service. I placed an order online but because the lobby was closed, I was made to wait in line at... the drive through. I confirmed that my order was ready to be picked up but was REPEATEDLY told I have to wait in line. I wasnot allowed to walk up to the window to grab it. However, the attitude of the person at the window disappointed me the most. Ireceived no apology, no smile, no thank you, no nothing. As I was not allowed to pick up my ?pick up? order, I received mysmoothie 10 minutes past the time it was promised on the receipt. Read more

I was very disappointed with the service I received this morning. The lady with the short haircut (beach blonde) had a terrible... attitude. I ordered 2 smoothies through the app, my order was supposed to be ready at 8:56am. I pull up to the window and she?sjust staring at me. I tell her I had an app order and she said ?oh well I haven?t even started making it yet so you?re gonnahave to wait? turned around and walked away, I waited an extra 10 minutes for my order. She came back to me with the wrong orderand had an attitude about that also. When she FINALLY handed me my smoothies she just turned around and walked away. Also mysmoothies were poorly made. I don?t normally like making bad reviews on a place, but it?s sad to say that as amazing as their smoothies are, the staff are... highly unprofessional. These past few times hasn?t been a great experience for me. The first bad experience, I came 15 minutesbefore closing and the lady on the speaker said that they?ll take my order while another lady on the speaker said that they wereclosed so I left. I came back again the next day, the lady serving me the smoothies was giving me a bad attitude and looked likeshe was in a rush for something and didn?t seem like she wanted to serve to her customers. Bought an immune wellness smoothie, replaced the sugar with yogurt and added an energy enhancement. Easily one of the best... smoothies I've had. Not only that, but the cashier told me about the Smoothie King app and that I could go back with my receipt,adding points to my profile. I looked on the app today and found a $2off coupon on the app towards a smoothie. Can't wait to useit!!! Read more
