I placed an order online around 1:40pm and my order said it would be ready at 2pm. I called around 1:50 to make sure my order... was being done and the lady said she was going to get to work on it. When I arrived at 2pm I had to wait 37 minutes for my orderto finally be made. I am here on business and waiting is not an option for me. I was so frustrated and disgusted by the lack ofservice and professionalism in this establishment that I almost cancelled my order but I was so hungry so I had no choice but towait. Seemed like employee really didn't want to be there. My sandwich was fixed very sloppy & I almost had to reach behind the... register just to get my food. After I paid for everything, she just took my money & left everything to where I could barelyreach it & walked off. Another customer came in after & had to wait to be served.
