Excellent Torchy?s location! We were traveling through Louisiana and needed something to eat and hadn?t been to a Torchy?s in a... bit. They had a nice eating area outside that we enjoyed, but they also had plenty of seating inside. Everything was clean asyou would expect, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We had the Trailer Park (Trashy - of course), The Raj, the LittleWrecker (with avocado), and chips and queso dip. It was all so good and I?m glad we stopped! Read more
The sign sayz it Best... DAMN GOOD. Would give 18 stars would. Okay soooo.. if you don't go to this location and eat at the bar... and have Clark as your person you suck! I am the bad reviewer today, ss. No pics of food ????. Well just what was left lol! Ourwaiter was Clark oh my God fabulous. Best decision to sit at the bar because they were busy ever ever. For anybody that followsme you all know about my tomato allergy oh my goodness so everything is smashing and then we had a little bump with the roadwith a tomato but I mean Clark was on it like nobody's business total first class treatment. First place we visited was in Waco, TX. LOVE the variety and the staff in Lake Charles was great. Oscar was amazing. Gave us... ideas and they have wonderful options. Not the basic tacos you get at the fast food place. Well worth your time and tastebuds. Read more
I?m a huge torchys fan from Texas. I was elated to see lake Charles had one. First few experiences were great but it has really... tanked recently. Food takes a very long time even on order ahead. Like 20 minutes to get a wrong order then 10 minutes to get itright TO GO. 30+ minutes for sit down. Last two times they gave me tacos with no veggies. How do you forget that? And no, it?snot ?under the cheese? as I was told. I?m so disappointed with how this place has gone downhill. Read more

Ordered a beef fajita taco, was told that they were out of the vegetables so it would only be beef and cheese. Husband ordered a... taco, and was told that they didn't have what he had ordered, had to settle for something else. Ordered 2 drinks. I got tea,which was un-drinkable. Tea was too sweet and had a soured taste. Husband had to go back 3 times to get a soft drink that wasn'tflat. Had to go to the counter to ask employee for a wet rag to wipe down the table.
