It was a great meal. Food was great and server was nice. I really enjoyed it.
This was on Sunday and restaurant was almost empty. Went in to pick up my food and had a gift card. Was told can?t use gift card... and she wasn?t even busy. Grab my food and went to my hotel that was next light. As soon as I opened up found out my mediumsteak was well done and my asparagus were not trimmed. I am traveling engineer and wherever I go I try Texas Road House orLonghorn. Two nights ago had longhorn at Valdosta and it was great. Last night had Texas Roadhouse and it was great. Tonight hadLonghorn at Lake City and lady was rude and my food overcooked. I knew I shouldn?t try this Longhorn for all it?s bad reviews. Read more

I visited Longhorn Steakhouse in Lake City this past Thursday and had a great experience! As we walked in, the hostess? opened... the doors for us, and welcomed us with a smile. There were four of us and we were seated right away (even though it was primedinner time). Our table was very clean. The waitress immediately walked over with a plate of bread and requested our drinkorders. She returned in a timely fashion with our drinks and requested our entree orders. She was very helpful, and patient aswe chose our entree and sides. She even made a suggestion for what appetizer to order. We all ordered steaks, and they were outin less than 30 minutes. I hadn?t even gotten done with my salad when all of them came out. Even though it was fast, each steakwas cooked to our satisfaction, and the sides were delicious as well! The presentation of the food was professional andappealing. If you?re looking for reasonably priced appetizers, drinks, steaks and sides Longhorn is the place for you. I highlyrecommend the sirloin steak, and spicy chicken bites for an appetizer. Great flavor in both dishes! The establishment in LakeCity is clean, fast, and has a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. A+ Was not busy at all so we were seated immediately. I guess it took a little longer than the manager wanted for us to get our... drinks so he offered a free appetizer. Food was delicious and the service was great. Steaks were perfectly cooked... Woulddefinitely recommend. Read more
Stopped for dinner, great location right off I-75. Very convenient they offer special menu for allergies, we have a glutenfree... member in our party. Started with drinks they were delicious. Food was incredible. However the service made the whole experiencethe best. The prices are a bit on the higher end but well worth it. Read more
The food is delicious here, that is why I rate it four stars. Sadly we do not have a pleasant experience as customer service was... terrible. We wait 45 minutes. They seat us at a table that we don't feel comfortable with, so we request another table. The hostsaid, "okay, just wait here," and went to the front area. Honestly, I believe she forgets us. We stand there for about tenminutes waiting; a waitress approached us with attitude and said that we are in the middle of the way to go back to the frontand wait. She coarsely spoke to us. Good that Angela, with a big smile, took care of us and make our dinner more pleasant.Anyway, we don't plan to come back. Read more
Went this afternoon at 11am , was a great experience!. Clean and neat, bathrooms were clean, Food was absolutely delicious ..... drinks were amazing, the stuffed mushroom appetizer was perfect. I had a T-bone steak it was cooked perfectly. Only suggestion Ihave is another side would be nice. Thank you Longhorn was a superb lunch. Read more
