Tonight after work I went to the McDonald's on hwy 90, when I got there , there was only one car and it was at the speaker! So I... went to the second speaker, I sat there about 10-15 mins before I looked to the other car and asked how long have they beenthere, they said they been there alittle while and they came on the speaker when they first got there and told them to give thema min, they are having issues inside! So after another 10 mins I decided to call the store. The first time no one answered so Icalled again ,and the manager answered and apologized and said he will be with me shortly, so once again after another 10 mins ,now I've been in line for about 20 mins with no one coming to the speaker! The first car finally just left, there was a carbehind them and once the first car left the other car went to the speaker and immediately had someone on the speaker !! But thisis the worst McDonald's I've ever been too! I was about to go to the other one but when I called them , they were busy andprobably because everyone left the one on 90 and went to baya!! I need corporates number asap please!!!! I spent about $30 andabout 30 mins line with no cars in the drive thru at all!! AND THE BEST PART IS THEY STILL GOT MY ORSER WRONG AND PUT TARTERSAUCE ON MY SANDWICH AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE THEY "TRIED" TO WIPE IT OFF!! Read more
Service was fine but all the chicken sandwiches and nuggets were old and burned like they had been reheated in the fryer. They... refused to make fresh chicken they said the fryer grease was bad but the fries were all fine. They would only refund aftergiving the food back. Sorry to whoever gets those nuggets next. Also one of the employees was using the only working touchscreenin the kids area on their lunch break. Read more
Stopped in for a hamburger happy meal, small coke and a large fry. Had to ask for our cups for our drinks. We watched the happy... meal get put together then watched and waited 15 minutes for the fries. One gentleman tried to see what was going on but theconcern for a special order hamburger was taking everyone's attention. Then they couldn't find the person who ordered it. ???? Read more
While waiting over an hour for relatives to join us, we saw the busyness of this restaurant. There are adequate staff, but it... seems like additional customer service training is necessary. Amy was especially helpful and introduced us to the McDonald's appand its advantages. Read more
Ordered 2 shakes and a drink in the drive thru. They brought us the wrong order and said we weren?t rung up for the items we... ordered, even though items were confirmed at time of payment. They told us to park and wait and they would get it figured out.We waited for 7 minutes and nothing... Eventually we went inside and found out that the worker had not said anything about ourorder. CHECK YOUR FOOD..!!! I had hair in my food this time.. And my order was not correct again.. Several times now, they got my order... wrong, and last time I got all the way home and realized it was wrong and I called and the person who answered the phone wasrude .! The food was consistent with our stops at other McDonald's. The area seems to be sketchy so be careful in observing your... surroundings. The person at the counter brought our food but forgot the drinks. When I asked for them she acted as if I wasbothering her. When asked, she gave me the items that were missing. I hope the customer service and safety improves at thislocation. We will not be back. Read more
