Wow what incredible service! We just ate there today after a very stressful day travelling and my 8 month old son started crying... in the restaurant and Kelsea I think her name was, was so unbelievably sweet and took us to a quieter part of the restaurant.She also had great recommendations and ensured we were really well taken care of - which was particularly sweet after wewere/are both tired parents from our recent journey. The service here was absoulutely atrocious. I ordered the chicken Alfredo at 2:34 pm eastern time and to my demise the chicken... was touching the Alfredo???? Visit was rough. Drinks mixed up off the bat. Was told no bread sticks unless you get an appetizer,but got 3 when our entrees... came out.. Almost no dressing on salad. Friends meatballs had no flavour to him. Wrong order was put in for me, so had to waitagain for that. Finally came and chicken was overcooked/slightly burned on one end/half. Other was fine. Tonight our twin grandchildren asked to celebrate their seventh birthday at the Olive Garden. Early in the evening on a... Wednesday the restaurant wasn’t very busy fortunately. Team unicorn Mary and Jessica did their best to keep up with a party of10 but the kitchen was a bit slow and erratic. The food was tasty and prepared well but they were running a bit slow in thekitchen causing the meal to come out a bit disjointed. Our servers made sure we were as well taken care of as possible andprovided good service and special attention. A very nice family night out recommended! Read more
