We came in tonight looking for something fast and good to eat. We were heading home from a out of town trip. How lucky we were... to meet Cantrell or (Trail for short). He was so nice and inviting. Storefront is kept very clean, trash never overflows, and staff is very friendly. They do have a habit of messing up orders on... busier days when staff gets overwhelmed, but that's my only complaint. Definitely recommend stopping here for a quick meal, atleast on slower days. The recent cashiers (whenever I've gone) have been very kind and patient, and the staff were quick to getout my orders. The only time they've messed mine up is when they accidentally gave me the wrong sandwich or forgot to give me acup, but it's all easy mistakes and nothing to be upset over. Read more
Went to Wendy?s to get me something to eat real fast on the way to work, their systems that are down and they are only excepting... cash which was fine. I order my salad and it takes them over an hour to make it. Then when I finally do get my salad it?s thewrong one. They quickly got it fixed but then the salad I did get ended up having mold all over the cheese. Terrible customerservice! Read more
the staff is amazing, absolutely wonderful people and do a great job at pleasing customers. they do their best to keep the place... clean, the lines short, and the meals great. every sandwich i've had was made correctly, the fries were at least warm, thoughnot always the freshest, and there was always a usable table. however, the corporate management doesn't attempt to give anysort of good impression. they stand around talking, not helping the staff or doing any sort of work. they stand in the way ofstaff working, take up part of the order line mingling, and seem generally rude to the workers; often commanding them as thoughthey are dogs by snapping at them and such. Stopped here for lunch. Food was hot and delicious. The vegetables on the burgers were very fresh. The lettuce even had a nice... crunch to it. Service was very fast and friendly. The staff even snuck a kids meal toy into my son?s meal (he ordered off thenormal menu), which he greatly appreciated. This was the best Wendy?s I?ve had in years. Read more
