Ordered online for pickup, they called and said they were out of rotisserie chicken which was OK, i got cubed chicken instead,... BUT EVERYTHING on my sandwich was WRONG!, No cheese, all veggies and i ordered lettuce only. It was ,like they didn't put onanything i ordered but instead put on everything i hate. Also, when you guys leave the order on the rack leave the WHOLE order,i should not have to look for chips and beverage that i ordered it should all be on the rack with my sandwich.! Read more

My wife just went to get the family some protein bowls. She orders 2 steak bowls and Carl informs her they are out of steak . My... wife politely asks ?your out of steak at 5:18 pm?? He responds yes, meantime another worker goes to the back and grabs us somemore steak which Carl then tries to give to the order behind us. His coworker corrects him and says it?s for us. All I can pretty much say for this subway is that they were extremely slow. They had 3 people working but we still had to wait... at least 15-20 minutes just for a cheese pizza. I could kind of understand if they were busy but they weren't. They took so longon the customer in front of us that the gentleman had time to go to the gas station section (because it was connected to subway)to buy beverages. The menu didn't have the pizzas on them so we asked for the price and they didn't know for sure but gave me aballpark figure, which we found out was a $1.00 off when we checked out. I bought cookies as well and then found what looked tobe fuzz baked into 2 of them but since we were driving home from Grand Rapids to Iron Mountain and we were already 30 miles awaywe weren't going to go back just for 2 cookies.
