Great Service, but I was taken back for the chipotle chicken wrap being miniature, for $2.19. I would imagine a regular size... tortilla (6" or 8") with more than a tablespoon of meat would be proper. Read more

Quite possibly the worst taco bell you can go to. They really need to hire some better people at this location who WANT to work.... When you walk in, no one greets you, no one is at the counter. They expect you to use the touch screen thing to put your orderin, and then when you?re done you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to recognize you?re at the counter so you can pay for yourorder. The nacho fries are the bomb. The only thing I don't like is when you walk in they should take your order instead of us having... to do it. It's like they don't even acknowledge you're there until you tell them you've put your order in. Literally you have toget someone's attention. This is a nice location. The service here is pretty fast even when there are long lines. The store is clean. The workers and... nice enough. The restrooms here are fairly clean. This Taco Bell is a quick way to get your south of the border fix especiallylate night when most restaurants in Lake City are closed. Read more

I am not even a review writer, but the customer service I received today from "Natavia Burgess" at the drive thru was awesome.... She deserves a review. This young lady portrays a caring and welcoming vibe. When ordering, I guess I sounded disappointed whenshe said my first order did not come with a drink, so she offered a cup of courtesy ice water which to me is above and beyondany customer service I have ever received at this location. (It's the little things that count for Me) I even was taking my timeon decision making, but she remained pleasant the whole time. I even wanted to tip her, but she declined with a smile and saidHave a Great Day! This is exactly the type of Customer Service a restaurant should have. Kudos Natavia. Don't ever change. It was packed then the pizzas didn't have any meat but on two slices wasnt offered no sauce or anything I've called several... times and they won't respond worst taco bell ever!!! Read more

I will never spend another penny at this location. when you place an order on the taco bell app and drive 20 minutes to pick it... up the expectation for my self and most I would think is to receive what you paid for not get told that the location iscurrently closed and will reopen in 30 minutes. The owner should shut the door for good !! Read more

Horrible customer services. Almost waiting an hour to take out. Seems like all they care is for drive thru. Nobody greeted or... even ask may I help you with anything. I have to ask for the manager and if seems like I have a lady waiting too she said heorder an hour ago and they haven't even started. Also, a guy rogut next after her was wait so he wen to drive thru and guesswhat he came and and got mad because they forget 2 of there burrito order. So in short all of the customer who came in around Isaw each one were unhappy with customer service. Everyone looking at each other nodding face from left to right withdisappointment. Hope they see this and try to make customer service better. Read more
