I am increasingly getting more annoyed with this place! Even before covid hit, something was either wrong with the order, items... were missing, or the food was cold and disgusting. Now I am paying $5 for a small mcflurry that wasn't even half full of icecream! I know covid has caused an increase in prices and a decrease in the portions of food, but this is absolutely ridiculous! Read more

Slowest drive-thru. One line kept getting skipped by the other lane multiple times. We waited for 20 minutes in one lane for 2... trucks to pull up and get their order taken immediately in the first lane. Wasn?t even very busy. Read more
The truck traffic and car traffic was so bad on the interstate and I missed two stops where you could take a rest and maybe get... a bite to eat or have a sandwich. This exit was the first opportunity to get off the interstate. And there was McDonald's. Verynice kept up restaurant picnic tables outdoors short sleeve weather. If you're a McDonald's aficionado, I would recommend the dining room for your order. Might be slow, but you'll get it faster... than the drive thru. If you're looking for quick, look somewhere else. Judging by the many Now Hiring posters, there's probablya reason they seemed short-staffed. Stopped here for a quick break & burger. Wasn't quick, but my special order burger was madecorrectly. Service time in the dining room was slow. About a 10-15 minute wait, with 4 orders ahead of me indoors. Restroom wasadequately clean, not outstanding & sparkling, but ok. Dining room the same - tables were all cleared but a couple needed to bewiped down. No one at the front counter, both registers were closed so I used the digital ordering board. It gave me about afoot-long blank receipt. Order #'s were displayed on a monitor, but I had no idea which was mine. Drive thru service wasterrible. There were 4 cars in the drive thru line when I went inside. The same 4 cars were there when I came back out. While Iate my burger, 3 of the cars eventually gave up - 2 had never reached the speaker to order, but once they left, they freed upspace for the 3rd one to back out & leave. When I left, the final car was still in the same spot. No idea how long they were allsitting there before I arrived, but my entire time there was about 25 minutes. Read more
