Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my whole life!!.. I asked for my sub to be heated. Then it came out toasted. I... asked, "was my sub toasted?" The lady responded, "I dont know. I didn't put it in(the oven)" I said, "it's obviously toasted asu can see the toasting of the bread" as she continued acting as if she couldn't tell it was toasted even as you could SEE itclearly was. I then asked for it to be remade prior to veggies being applied. She got another girl who then said to me to pleasewait a moment as she proceeded to call a manager. After waiting for that conversation to conclude they then proceeded to remakemy sandwich, AS IF I was EVER gonna pay for the mistake I had not yet purchased! The ENTIRE staff was rude for the entireexperience! 3 different occasions now and every one of them negative! I'll never be there again regardless of how much I lovesubs! Read more
How do you run out of meatballs? Way to refresh your menu and not have the items to sell.

I stopped in for a quick lunch at Subway in Rocky Top. They made a 6 inch steak and cheese sandwich for me loaded with my... favorite veggies. The sandwich was very good. The service was also very good. You shoul0d give the Subway in Rocky Top a chanceto make a sandwich for you as well. Read more
The air conditioner was out in the store and it was over 95 in the store, could not eat inside. I don't know how they could work... in there. The girls who worked there were great and good attitudes for the situation. Read more
I can only assume that either this location is closing or whoever is responsible for ordering food took some time off. Out of... steak, out of provolone, out of spinach, out of olives, out of banana peppers, out of napkins. We were the only two guests andonly one of the 8 tables was clean and both inside and the outside trash cans were overflowing. #Sad On the plus side, the subswere good. Read more
Sign on the door say you should wear a mask. We walk in and neither the customers OR EMPLOYEES wore a mask. Incredibly... disappointed and disgusted considering the employee was the manager. What?s also an it disheartening, the manager was serving apolice officer food in the drive thru as well and I?m assuming the cop said nothing about it. When she was making our food, shebarely put any veggies or meat on it. We didn?t even get napkins. Manager was very cranky and rude. Do not come here and wasteyour time and money. If they cared for their customers, they?d wear a mask and require masks to be worn on customers. Read more
