Nohing fancy except the food!!! The food is a 5+ ! The menu top notch and better than most restaurants and any bar around. The... staff are a 5+ ! Everyone who works there is down to earth and goes above and beyond. The prices are what you would expect forthe level of food being served... no complaints there. The building is a 3. I know they are planning on renovation but untilthen the ladies bathroom is a closet, the parking is difficult with the lot being unpaved and no lines. Seating is limited..makea reservation on Fridays! Regardless of the needed renovations, we love this place and will continue to eat here. Read more
YES pet friendly! 5 star food at a fun dive bar. Doggy got her own dog water bowl, not even a human bowl. Amazing service.... Amazing menu, great prices. We will come back even though the family is 3 hours away. Worth trying?.everything on the menu andthe seasonal menus. Kids live near Austin and San Antonio airports in New Braunfels. We may keep flying to Dallas to eat hereand then commence family visits. Read more

The food was great and our server was very personable and good to talk to. We had the prime rib bowl and the meatball bowl... along with the fried green tomatoes and have no complaints about any of it, we would recommend it all. Read more
So yummy! If you haven't tried it, you should. It is a diamond in the rough. A hole in the wall. But it is some of the best food... I have ever eaten. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a special diet. Nothing is vegan... But there are lots of veggies optionsif you can do dairy. Read more
