My mother and I stop here frequently. Most of the time we have a good experience. Staff may forget things here and there but... they are quite nice. This starbucks often runs out of supplies. We order different drinks for many family members, so if youhave a big order Please! check your drinks before you leave. The staff has no problem to remake drinks or even giving you whatyou need. I have never been to a Starbucks that is so rude.. no customer service.. and can not get a drink order right.. every time I... order a coffee it comes out wrong.. I will drive out of my way to go to a Starbucks that upholds the companies standards.. theyare supposed to be friends .. warm and welcoming.. what I get is sarcastic .. snotty.. and inconvenienced..
