We ordered online. Went to pick it up, assumed it was all in the bag. It wasn't of course and didn't notice until we got home.... Called and the phone rang and rang so I hung up. 2 minutes later my phone rang, surprisingly it was the gentleman from the TacoBell drive thru window. I explained what happened, he apologized and offered additional food and coupons for later use. I wassuper impressed!
